We invariably give our utmost to our customers to ensure that there is no probability of a refund, however, if you still find any deficiencies in the store delivered to you, such as the things we have described in the description of our service are not fully met, please contact us. Custom-Made Store Refund Policy:

We have a team of Shopify Developers who are always committed to providing our clients with the best service possible. When you order a custom-made store, we design it to the best of our ability. If you are dissatisfied with our store design or products, or if you have any other concerns, please contact us at info@buyecomstores.com and describe your concerns in detail so that we can correct any errors. We will change the products, the store design, or whatever else you specify.

Again, if you believe we are incapable of providing you with satisfactory results, you have the right to request a refund. Please email us at info@buyecomstores.com with your order number and relevant information for a refund.

SEO Services Refund Policy:

Search Engine Optimization is an irreversible process. Your website will be completely optimized once we have finished optimizing it. What we did for your website or store is done for good. As a result, we regret to inform you that we do not provide refunds for SEO services at any stage.

How Long Do Refunds Take?
